There are tons of women hair loss products on television commercials and advertisements on newspaper that claim to stop women hair loss instantly. So is it true and do these hair loss products really work?

To date, only 2 products have been approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration) for tackling hair loss. They are Propecia and Minoxidil.

Minoxidil is a type of liquid that helps you partially combat hair loss, but is not proven to work entirely. According to the National Institute of Health, Minoxidil, is not permanent and it only works when you keep on using this product. Once you have stopped using Minoxidil, then your hair stops growing back also.

But just like Minoxidil, you have to take this pill everyday of your life. Once you have stopped taking it, the hair loss would still ensue.

Because of these limitations and the side effects of using these hair loss drugs, there is now a growing trend towards natural or herbal hair loss products. These products do not contains any drugs. Rather, they are made from natural herbs and minerals and thus do not have any side effects compared to hair loss medications such as Minoxidil and Propecia.

However, the question of whether they are effective is still up for debate as the FDA has not endorsed their approval of any natural hair loss products thus far. But that does not mean it does not work. If you go online, you can often find contradicting reviews of natural hair products.

Thankfully, most natural hair loss companies offer a free trial or money back guarantee so you can try it for yourself to see if it works.

Discover which are the proven hair loss products here. One such proven hair loss product is Provillus. Learn how this herbal hair loss supplement can help regrow your hair naturally without the use of medication or drugs.

Naturally, women do not like hair loss or baldness occurring to them. So they adopt the procedure that is done in the unapproved clinic offering Hair transplant in women. Then they adopt reparative procedure to get back their original hair.

Reparative procedure is a kind of surgery that has been invented to repair the wrongly done hair restoration surgery. This was not available before. This surgery is adopted with care on women. The women come to the hair restoration center to repair their already transplanted hair, because the hair transplant in women that was earlier done was not satisfying.

Some women come with a plugging appearing hair that has grown due to the hair transplant surgery. This appearance is because that the surgery done on them may not have been done according to their natural hair line. In some cases the hair transplant in women will be done with larger grafts or other wise the procedure of surgery followed will be of older version.

Larger micro grafts will need larger hair follicles in them to fit in the head. Otherwise the doll like appearance will be visible in the patients head. The scar on the donor site and the transplanted area will also appear so harsh. When the grafts are placed in the improper angle will also make the transplanted hair to look very unnatural.

The reparative procedure is a little complex one, but it can be done with the possibility of conditions satisfied by the patient. The reparative procedure cures many disorders related to the earlier transplantation surgery. This includes scar revision, total or partial removal of transplanted graft, micro or mini grafting, scar reduction and laser surfacing of the skin.

The scar revision is a process in which the scar that occurred earlier that does not suit the hair line will be changed according to the hair line of the patient under going reparative procedure. This makes the hair line to appear natural and will make the plugging appearance to disappear.

In the other case of reparative surgery, removal of transplanted grafts from the transplantation done earlier that are too large. The process is the most complicated procedure in the reparative surgery. The earlier grafts are cut from their place and they are subjected to micro or mini grafting under the microscope. They are then adjusted and again planted in the less dense hair region. This process is similar to another hair restoration surgery.

The reparative surgery will also reduce the number of scar that has been occurred due to the in experience of the surgeon. Some surgeon will not allow the scar to be visible in the hair transplantation procedure. The scar from the previous treatment can be reduced by the reparative surgery by placing some more hair in the hair line.

The hair transplant in women involves many risks like the deficiency of hair in the donor region in the scalp. This may result in baldness in that area making the transplant surgery of no use.

Hair transplant and hair restoration surgery are done with the help of lasers. Hence this procedure involving laser is also known as laser hair replacement.

The use of laser in the hair replacement surgery has provided a significant improve in the number of patients with hair loss are using the laser hair replacement surgery. This method of hair replacement is painless, blood less and there is no consumption of time and there is no any other defect that this treatment would cause.

Laser hair transplantation is used to create the holes in the recipient sites for the mini grafts to be inserted in the place from the donor region. There is some side effect that we should ignore the myriad to make the surgery successful. Before the invention of laser the site creation process itself is a tedious process for treatments like harvesting or graft dissection.

While talking about the pain involved in laser hair replacement, the laser treatment is extremely painful unless local anesthesia is administrated to the patient. The laser beams used in these days are ultra pulsed CO2 lasers. This laser creates a hole by vaporizing the tissue in the scalp. The pulse of the laser used is short, and the heat transfer to the tissues is less.

Though the heat to the tissue is small the calls are non selectively destroyed. So the laser treatment in laser hair replacement becomes more painful. Generally, sedation is given to numb the recipient site before the commencement of the surgery. Because of this draw back, some are not ready to under go the permanent hair loss treatment.

The main aim of the laser surgery is to stimulate the hair follicles. The laser treatment increases the blood flow in the scalp. It also increases the oxygenation in the blood. This provides the required nutrients to the hair root and the cells that are stimulating the hair follicles. The implanted hair is also in the growth phase immediately after the laser surgery.

This surgery is also known as blood less surgery. But care should be taken in order to maintain this status of laser treatment. Excessive use micro grafting technique will result in the increase of the graft space in the scalp. This will cause blood loss and coagulation of blood in the scalp. This is a disastrous draw back when the procedure are not cleanly followed.

The major advantage in the use of laser is that it can easily create a slit for the plantation of the dissected grafts. The size of the slit can also be controlled by the laser beam according to the size of the grafts. The laser beam wave length is varied according to the size of the grafts needed for implantation of the hair.

The laser hair replacement also has some other draw backs like the destruction of elastic fibers and the dermal collagen in the head. Irrespective of these defects the laser treatment has proven its worth by the advancement of technology in the laser field.

Grow You Hair Back Easily

Posted by admin in Hair Loss

Though I know it probably is not nice to tease people who are balding, my brother doesn’t seem to mind. His hairline has been receding since he was 18 years old, and he often jokes about finding new ways to grow hair. This has becomes some kind of a family joke, and he is usually the one who initiates the joking. While we know that there is no way to really grow hair that has been lost forever, it doesn’t mean we don’t find good humor in his efforts.

Often the root of the problem is the result of dandruff.  What causes dandruff and how it affects balding?  And are there remedies for dandruff?

There are many products out there that claim you can grow your hair. I meant everything I said when I mentioned that my brother has tried them all. If there is any product that can help to grow hair, he tried it all. He has lotions, sprays, pills, and anything else you can think of. The end results were always the same. His hairline continues to recede over the years and no hair has since grown. He hasn’t given up hope though, and as far as I know, he may be saving up for transplant surgery.

If there is something that promises you that it can help you grow your hair, you should think twice. Though products like Rogaine have been on the market for quite a while, I have not met anyone who says that it works. When I cleaned houses in college for my living expenses, I saw a lot of Rogaine in many different bathrooms. I am not sure if it works to grow hair, but there are many that had tried. I suspect if I went back to those same bathrooms now, Rogaine would no longer be in their medicine cabinet.

If going bald is not your main problem, you will want to grow hair longer. There are probably some things that you can do. The best thing you can do is to get a trim every month or every six weeks. Though this may sound like it contradicts your efforts, believe me when I say this is very important. Hair that is not trimmed will have split ends. If those splits or not trimmed off, your hair will break off and will never grow. It may seem counterproductive to trim hair when you want to grow hair, but give it a try for six months and see what happens.
